Licensing and regulation

Gaming activity on the property is conducted under a licence issued by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and regulated by the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch. Our hotel and event operations are licensed by the City of Vancouver. Copies of our licences are available on request at reception.

Responsible gaming

Gambling is entertainment, not income, and it should never be a way to solve a financial problem. We ask every guest to set their own limits before they play, and we provide the tools to enforce them.

You must be 19 or older to enter gaming areas.
