Overview

At Wincasinolic, client satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, credits, or complimentary corrections may be issued for services purchased at our Vancouver studio.

Deposits and Prepayments

Certain bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment slot. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice. If Wincasinolic cancels your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a new date at your discretion.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the result of a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will offer a complimentary correction at our studio. Issues reported after 48 hours or caused by normal wear, accidental damage, or improper aftercare may not qualify for a correction or refund.

• Nail breakage caused by trauma is not covered
• Product failure due to our application will be corrected free of charge
• Refunds are considered only when a correction cannot reasonably resolve the issue

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full deposit refund or free rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Cash refunds are issued in person at the studio only.
