Our general approach
We try to be fair and predictable. If you cancel in good time, you get your money back. If you cancel at the last minute, we have already turned other guests away, and that cost has to land somewhere. The rules below explain how it works for each type of booking.
Suite bookings
Nightly suite rates are refundable on the following schedule:
- More than 14 days before check-in: full refund of the deposit
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit refunded
- Less than 7 days before check-in: deposit is not refunded
- No-show: full deposit is kept
Once you have checked in, nights already stayed are not refundable. If you check out early, we refund only the nights we are able to resell.
Private events
Private gaming nights involve staffing, food, and reserved floor space, so the timeline is longer:
- More than 30 days before the event: full refund minus a $150 admin fee
- 14 to 30 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded
- Less than 14 days before: deposit is not refunded
- Cancelled on the day: full contract value is due
If we have to cancel an event for reasons within our control, you get a full refund plus the option of a 15% discount on a rescheduled date.
Deposits and gaming transactions
Chips bought at the tables are not subject to refunds — they are exchanged for cash on the night. Deposit limits you set on your account can be lowered at any time, but they cannot be removed once they are active. This is a legal requirement and it protects you.
How to request a refund
Email wincasinolic@gmail.com with your booking reference and the reason for the request. We confirm receipt within one business day and give you a decision within five business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, ask for a review by our operations manager. If that does not resolve things, you can escalate to Consumer Protection BC. We keep all refund records for seven years as required by law.
