Acceptance of these terms
By booking a room, hosting an event, or using the Wincasinolic website, you agree to the terms on this page. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in force is always the one published here.
Who can use our services
You must be at least 19 years old to enter the casino areas and to book a suite or a private event. Photo ID is checked at the door and at check-in for every guest. We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel a booking if identification cannot be verified.

- Guests under 19 are not permitted in gaming areas
- We may refuse service to anyone showing signs of intoxication
Bookings and payment
Suites and private events are confirmed only after a deposit clears. The remaining balance is due at check-in or, for events, seven days before the event date. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and may change without notice, though the price on your confirmation is locked in.
If you fail to show up for a booking without notice, the deposit is not refunded. See the Refund Policy for full details.
House rules and conduct
We want everyone to have a good night, and that means respecting staff, other guests, and the property. We do not tolerate harassment, aggression, or any attempt to cheat at the tables. Anyone caught doing so will be removed and may be reported to the authorities.
Photography is allowed in public areas but not at the gaming tables, where it can interfere with play. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the property safe, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, or for any indirect losses arising from your visit. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Canadian consumer law.
Changes and contact
